1. Purpose

RQmote (“the app”), published by Aroneus SRL, acts as a remote control for a rqbit server that you install and administer yourself. The app hosts, indexes, provides and downloads no content. It merely displays and remotely commands the transfers running on your own server.

2. Lawful use

You are solely responsible for the content you download, share or store through your server. You agree to comply with applicable laws and third-party rights, including copyright. RQmote must not be used for unlawful purposes.

3. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or available without interruption. You use it at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, nor for any loss of data on your server or devices.

5. Third-party services

The app connects to the rqbit server you designate and uses iCloud (Apple) to sync your settings. Use of iCloud is governed by Apple’s terms. rqbit is separate third-party software, subject to its own license.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
